white acre estates understands that nearly any form of new\u00a0development will take place within the context\"\"<\/a> of an existing community.\u00a0 As part of\u00a0our proposals we\u00a0often\u00a0enter into dialogue\u00a0with that community, and the resulting feedback\u00a0can be incorporated into\u00a0our proposals.\u00a0 Our schemes\u00a0can also\u00a0provide local benefits delivered through planning agreements, and we have contributed towards new play areas, affordable housing and other local needs.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

We also try and play our part as responsible members of the business community\u00a0– for example\u00a0we\u00a0are sponsors of a local football team. We have also offered help to other local community groups to support their efforts to improve local opportunities for young people.<\/span><\/p>\n
