Ken Whitaker, MD<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

The white acre estates team has over 25 years experience in property development and planning. The company was set up in 2011 by Managing Director Ken Whitaker. Prior to working at white acre, Ken spent 17 years running Seddon Homes Ltd \u2013 a large regional house-builder, and the residential arm of the national contractor Seddon Group.<\/span><\/p>\n

In addition to\u00a0a hands-on development background, Ken has a degree in Quantity Surveying and an MBA.\u00a0 In his time as Chairman of Seddon Homes he was responsible for all aspects of running a house-building business, with a particular focus on land acquisition, planning and development.\u00a0 <\/span><\/p>\n
