​We work in partnership with land owners to add value through the planning process, often sharing some of the cost risks, in return for a share of the value created when we succeed.  This can be delivered through Option or Promotion Agreements.

Option Agreements

We sometimes buy land on a subject-to-planning basis.  Often the real value in a site can only be established after planning has been granted.  white acre works with landowners to agree purchases which are subject to getting planning consent that both parties know creates best value.  white acre estates will share the cost of securing planning and use our expertise to deliver the best result.

Promotion Agreements

We can help gain planning permission for sites in return for a share of the uplift in value that planning approval creates.

We share costs, risk and expertise with landowners in an incentivised arrangement that enables sites to be brought forward and their full potential realised.
